The "Isochronic Lullaby" works great for me when it comes to falling asleep, but not for staying asleep. I usually wake up shortly after the delta tones ends. So I made this video, with 1 hour of delta waves, and hopefully this one will work better.
After 1 week of listening to these tones, I still wake up when the Delta ends, but I've been able to go back to sleep.
Isochronic Tones I used:
15 minutes of Alpha waves 10, 3 Hz
15 minutes of Theta waves 4,9 Hz
1 hour of Delta waves 2 Hz
Although it's said that Isochronic Tones, doesn't require headphones. My experience is that it has a better effect.

I'm not a neuroscientist, psychiatrist, physician or a "healer". I don't have any idea if it has, or what effect this combination of tones have on my brain. I'm experementing and listening to the tones myself, and I'm not sure about the effects. So if you're experiencing any discomfort, behaviour changes, etc, please stop listening.
