How to Make a Open Book Cake - Adding Photos to a Cake for a photo cake - This is part 3 of a 5 part tutorial. This lesson shows adding photos to a cake to create a different take on a photo cake, this one is an open book cake and includes a tip for how to avoid damaging the icing sheet when peeling away the backing.
