Capsicum(diced)1no. Dried red chilies2 chopped Smith & Jones Tomato Ketchup - 1 tablespoon Corn flour 1 tablespoon Oil 4 tablespoon Salt to taste Water 1cup Spring onion(chopped)1no. METHOD Heat oil in a wok(frying pan) on high flame, add red chillies garlic and stir-fry. add capsicum and stir-fry for 1 min.add vegetables & stir fry for next 1 min. add sauce, ketchup,1 cup water& cook for 2-3 min. Thicken with 1 tbsp corn flour mixed with 2tbsp water. garnish with spring onion & serve hot with Ching's Secret Hakka noodles. I ♥ Desi Chinese!
