Start out with thoracic spine mobility. Do 3 sets of 30 seconds to each side. Then start working on the psoas with a deep stretch. Do 3 sets of 30 seconds to each side. Then move on to foam rolling and start with the TFL. Find your tender spots and sit on them deep. After TFL, start foam rolling your quads.. and make sure you get all four muscles and again, find the tender spots and break up those tissues. Then, my favorite, a quad/psoas stretch. Do this for 3-4 sets, for 1-2 minutes each side. Then last, finish it up with some diaphragmatic breathing exercises. Try these out and let me know how you like it!
