Hey y'all! It's SoFiya! Letting you know how I lost 10 pounds in 2 weeks using Apple Cider Vinegar! 1 tablespoon per 8 oz of water, you can add lemon or lemon juice, ground cinnamon or cinnamon stick, 1 tablespoon of honey, cayenne pepper or hot sauce! Yes I used hot sauce when I didn't have cayenne pepper! You only need about 7-8 drops. You don't need all these items but this is what I used.
