So after being badly let down by American cancelled flight, lost bag, no refund etc. I turned up for my return flight hoping for an upgrade and at the very least them to not charge me for my 2nd bag, a bag I only had as they had lost my original. Unfortunately I was spoken to with a complete lack of respect, the supervisor didn't wish to help and walked off twice during our interaction.
