Toast & protein shake: 4 (small) pieces of multi-grain sourdough topped with avo & smoked salmon protein shake: scoop of protein (I use Pranaon - salted caramel) 200ml of almond milk 100g frozen zucchini fill rest with water & ice 2. Protein pancakes: blend 1 banana, 1 egg and scoop of protein (add in dash of almond milk if it is needed) cook with coconut oil for 1-2 mins each side mix 150ml of yogurt (I use full cream - no added sugar type) with 1 tblsp of rice malt syrup top pancakes with yogurt and mixed berries 3. Left over vege omelette: chop any left of vege you have in the fridge cook in coconut oil for 2 mins mix 2 eggs, salt, pepper and dash of almond milk pour mixture into pan with veggies and cook for 2 min add goats cheese on top put in grill (in oven) for 2 mins or cook for longer in pan until cooked 4.
